I’ll update this review and lower the stars if I can’t get any surveys to work. Unless something changes in the very near future I’m going to delete the app because it’s pointless.
Every survey I try to take tells me it won’t work and then just goes away. Since I downloaded it, not a single survey has worked. I really like the idea of this app, and I downloaded it because of the good reviews. Overall the concept of getting paid for your thoughts is great, but this app seems like more of a scam than anything.

It happened pretty often that I was asked a series of questions that required me to scroll my screen back and forth to read the options or make my selection. I am taking the survey on an iPhone, not a 60in widescreen tv. Next is the layout of many of the screens. That seems externally fishy that they’d take all your answers, but then be at a screen that forces you to make a choice to not get paid anything. Only option is to back out of the survey and not even get the 10 cent consolation prize. No other buttons to push, no videos to watch. Several times I would be 10 minutes into a survey that was supposed to take 15 minutes to complete when it would just come to a dead end. Now to the surveys that don’t give you squat. It would be completely different if they determined I didn’t fit the demographics they were seeking out after a few questions, but almost finishing the survey, that seems fishy to me. There were several surveys that would waste 10 minutes of your time, on a 10 minute survey only to say they didn’t need your responses and send you along your way with a dime in your pocket. Next is the 10 cent compensation if they don’t need your answers. That means if you think you have enough time to take a 15 minute survey and begin it, but 16 minutes into it the only way to get paid is to keep going. Not sure how they think a 100 question survey with paragraph length questions would only take 10 minutes. Next, almost ever survey took much longer than it predicted.

If the surveys were shorter and you could make $8-$10 an hour it wouldn’t be such a bad gig to do in your free time, but that’s not the case. That’s right, they want you to do work for 1920’s wages. What’s worse is most of the surveys predict that it will be 15-30 minutes. boy was I wrong, it was more of a scam than anything.įirst off I only saw surveys that offered $1.

But if you need to contact customer service for any reason, don’t bother. So if you can keep your account working with no issues, then I definitely recommend this app. I haven’t deleted the app yet, since I am still holding out hope that I will get a response or it will magically fix itself. I still haven’t received a response from anyone about what the problem is with my account either. I haven’t been able to log into my account since at least October. It advises me to contact customer service about the issue. Every time I try to log in there is an error that states there is a problem with my account. Unfortunately, right around the time that I finally earned enough to redeem a reward, my account stopped working. Super easy to use, quick little surveys to get some money.
